1. Pine or China-fir wood as base materials, Moisture Content (MC) of solid wood, not more than 12%; and MDF2.8-3mm covered as door sheet. Honeycomb filled inside.
2. Surface:
1) covered with solid wood veneer such as cherry, oak, walnut, Okume, pine, etc and painting; or,
2) covered with PVC veneer without painting; or,
3) with color Painting and without veneer.
3. Door sheet size 2000*800*40mm, the dimension can be demanded by customer;
4. Packaging: Outside carton and inside PE film, wrapped in polythene and palletized.
5. If door and frame pre-hung together , assembly with 3 stain steel hinges and 1 metal or lock
